
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 3 cloves garlic, crushed
 - 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers (I used 1 fresh jalapeno instead)
 - 1 (4 ounce can chopped green chile peppers
 - 1 cup frozen corn
 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pper
 - 2 (14.5 ounce) cans chicken broth
 - 3 cups chopped chicken breast (or keep it whole and shred it at the end)
 - 3 (15 ounce) cans white beans
 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
 
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the slower cooker on high for 6 hours.
Serve with shredded cheese, avacado, sour cream or salsa!
