GET OFF YOUR ASS!!!

Try this work out without stopping.  Focus on your breathing and try to keep your intensity up.  You will get as much out of this work as you put into it!  

Jog in place 20 seconds
Left/right kicks forward- alternating between legs - 10 each leg, 20 total
Jog in place 20 seconds
Left/right Kicks forward 15 each leg, 30 total
Jog in place 20 seconds
Left/right kicks 10 each leg, 20 total
High Knees 20 seconds
Drop to push up position- immediately into 20 mountain climbers
High knees 20 seconds
Drop, 30 mountain climbers
High Knees 20 seconds
Drop, 20 mountain climbers
**after the mountain climbers, hold the push up position - DO NOT USE YOUR KNEES - this will help build your core!
Hold this position 30 seconds right into what I call cross-kick backs on the right leg.  Pull your right leg to your left elbow and kick it back and up.  20 on the right leg
Hold the push up position- NO KNEES 20 seconds 
Cross-Kick backs left leg 20 
Hold the push up- 20 seconds...and i'll say it again NO KNEES
back into Mountain climbers- 20! Try to keep your shoulders over your hands and your butt out of the air! Try to make a quick, smooth motion when you pull your knees up to your chest. If you want to really bust your ass, try cross mountain climbers.  Pulling your right knee to the left side of your body instead of straight forward.  After the 20 mountain climbers, right into a 
Squat, hold it 40 seconds. 
Squat kick right leg only 20
Squat, hold it 40 seconds
Squat kick left leg only 20 
Squat, hold it 40 seconds
Squat kick alternating both legs 10 each side, 20 total
drop into plank position, hold 1 minute.  

Repeat 2,3,10x :) 

Who needs a gym?
