My aunt always makes creative cakes for her kids birthdays. Last year she asked my adorable cousin Tia what kind of cake she wanted. Tia responded "a pizza cake" and there you have it- the pizza cake was born.
How to make the pizza cake:
- White cake, doesn't matter what kind or if it is homemade or from a box but the white color is crucial for the crust appearance
- Red frosting- whatever flavor you desire dyed red with food coloring
- crumbled white chocolate bars for the "cheese"
- chopped up gummy bears for the "onions" and "green peppers"
- red airheads flattened with a rolling pin for the "pepperonis"
